Our company was at the forefront of creating a positive narrative around diversity, which started with our Executive Leadership. From there we developed internal strategies around tracking diversity data and developing training programs to educate our staff.

Initiatives include the following:

  • Improved interview processes

  • More inclusive job marketing 

  • Monitoring employee satisfaction

  • Creating a diversity task force

  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) new hire training

  • Monthly internal staff seminars for strengthening and growth

  • Client Hiring Manager training

  • Participating in Forums, Round Tables, and Conventions on the subject to continue improving our knowledge and training programs
